The Walla Walla Regional Airport has an assortment of undeveloped property for lease. Parcel sizes can be configured to meet your needs. Property is available either for aeronautical or non-aeronautical uses.
Much of the airport property is served or is in close proximity with standard municipal services (water, sewer, electricity, natural gas, phone).
The airport encourages a variety of mixed-use developments including aviation, light industrial and commercial uses. The airport is located within the Walla Walla urban growth boundary and is within the planning and permitting jurisdiction of Walla Walla County.
Due to Federal Aviation Administration restrictions the airport does not sell property. However, the airport has a proven track record of structuring lease agreements related to their length, with an option for the Port to purchase the improvement in the future and/or tenant removing the asset at the end of the lease.
