Seattleites Keith Dahlgren and Craig Wollam have set the scene for their DW Distilling in a former World War II barracks at the Walla Walla Regional Airport.
From a dusty, gutted and virtually nondescript building they’ve added a new twist to the wine industry: brandy made from the juice of established Walla Walla wineries.
